Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlurad daal
  • 1/2 bowlrice
  • 2 tbspchana daal
  • 1/2 TSPginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  • to tasteGreen chilli
  • 1chopped carrot
  • Hand full green pea
  • For tadka
  • 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  • as neededGhee
  • 1 pinchAsafoetedia

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add all ingredients then add 2 bowl water and cook it.till 4 whistle.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add ghee,cumin seeds and asafoetidia and add khichdi and mix it..now ready serve with salad.
