1.5 cupmaida / all purpose flour
1 cupsugar
1/3 rd cup refined oil
4 tspcurd
2eggs
1 tspvanilla essence
1/2 cupfresh orange juice
1 tsporange zest
Pinchedible orange colour
1/4 tspbaking soda

In a blender,blend eggs,oil,curd and sugar for 1 minute

Add maida,baking soda,vanilla essence and orange colour.lastly add fresh orange juice and orange zest.mix with normal spatula.

Grease the tin and Bake for 50 mins on sim in cooker covering with normal plate.Check with a toothpick.it should come out clean.Let it cool.

Drizzle some chocolate sauce if you like
