Serves 5 servings

Dressing:
1/3 cupolive oil (100 ml)
Juice of 1 lemon
3heaping tablespoons mustard
Salt

1little oregano

In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients with a spoon until smooth and well combined.

In a large salad bowl, add all the remaining ingredients in order and mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly.

Serve the salad cold.
