  • 500 gmssmall pieces boneless/with bone chicken
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 2 piecesegg
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcornflur
  • 1 tbspmaida
  • 500 gmsoil for deep fry

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add chicken and add all ingredients and mix it and keep it for 2-3 hours.

    Heat oil in a pan add chicken one by one and deep fry.
