  1. 500 gmssmall pieces boneless/with bone chicken
  2. 1 tbsponion powder
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tspginger powder
  5. 2 piecesegg
  6. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tbspcornflur
  11. 1 tbspmaida
  12. 500 gmsoil for deep fry

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add chicken and add all ingredients and mix it and keep it for 2-3 hours.

    Heat oil in a pan add chicken one by one and deep fry.
