Cut your onion, tomatoes, tattase, pepper and beef into a pot, put a little kanwa (potash) and add water. Allow it to cook until it melts. Add oil and other ingredients to make a stew.

Cut your sorrel and spinach, boil it in a pot until soft, mix it with the blended groundnut.

Put the mixture into the stew and add a pinch of sugar, add water and allow it to cook.

Tuwon shinkafa-_: wash your white rice, put it in a boiling water and allow it to cook until it softens, then use your wooden spatula to make a very thick mash(tuwo). Ready to be served with the soup (miyan yakuwa)
