Steps

Boil water,then stir in your wheat flour(I use soko)little by little until its all firm and ready leave it for about 5 min in low heat to cook.then remove into a tray if ready.

Boil your meat for 15min in half cup of water in a sufuria.
Prepare your ingredients.
- Cut your onion and tomatoes and garlic, Dania separately. - 3
When the meat has dried add your cooking oil,stir until the meat changes its colour to golden brown add you onions n garlic and continue to stir.
- Add your tomatoes and dania into the meat and close the sufuria with a lid to let it cook so that the tomatoes can be cooked more easily.
- check the meat after 2 min stir your food and add salt and currypowder and soysauce and stir to mix the flavors all together let I cook then add 1/4cup of water then stir and let it cook for 2 min n serve. - 4
