I was tired of making typical saviyyon ka zerda, qawami savayyan,sheer khurma ,doodh wali ssaviyan.Thats y i try vermicelli balls because it is crunchy and nutty.Sure you all will love it.Itis very simple and short recipe.

I was tired of making typical saviyyon ka zerda, qawami savayyan,sheer khurma ,doodh wali ssaviyan.Thats y i try vermicelli balls because it is crunchy and nutty.Sure you all will love it.Itis very simple and short recipe.
Steps

Take a pan.Pour oil in it.

Heat the oil.crushed the vermicelli and add it in pan.Keep Stiring it for 5 minutes until the colour of vermicelli will slightly change.

After that off the flame.Allow this to cool.After 20 to 30 minutes add condensed milk and chopped nuts in it.

Mix it well. Then grease the hand and start making small ball of the vermicelli batter.Coat some balls in desicated coconut and some remain simple.

Serve it to your loved ones.surely it will finish within 10 minutes😎
