Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupboiled kala chana / black chickpeas
  2. 2 tbspginger garlic
  3. 1 bowlonion paste
  4. 1 bowltomato paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteRed chilli
  7. 2 tbspCoriander
  8. 1 tspTurmeric
  9. 2 tbspChhole masala
  10. 1 tspKasuri methi
  11. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chana along with whole spices

  2. 2

    Now heat oil add ginger,garlic and both onion,tomato paste along with spices

  3. 3

    Now mix it and cook well,add chana and mix well,add 1 cup water and let it boil

  4. 4

    Add kasuri methi and serve.
