I used the coconut chaff which I used to make the cookpad logo... Actually I didn't blend it too smooth, so some milk extract was still retained in the chaff.

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the sugar in a pot, stir until it dissolves. Add the grated coconut (my coconut chaff) and mix together. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. Your coconut candy is ready. Enjoy!
