it is my cousin's favourite Khalifa Bakers Nankhatai prepared by me and sent to them by a friend who is coming to islamabad recently, the one sweet memory with that Nankhatai is while my cousin were in hostel she got a parcel containing the Nankhatai , she was not there in her room at that time some of her room mates recived the parcel, they opened it and eaten that Nankhatai completely and kept only 1 piece for her, after coming to room she seen the parcel only 1 piece remaining she asked what happened everybody replied it's too tasty we couldn't wait till you coming to room and distribute. :D

In a separate bowl beat ghee sugar till light and creamy ghee semi-solid state, should not be melted.

Now add crushed almondin

Sieve together flour, besain. baking powder and baking soda.

.Now fold this into ghee mixture. Turn dough out onto kitchen surfaces Knead well with your palms,

Roll out the dough nd cut with a cookie cutter nd put them in a baking tray

Brush with honey egg yolk mixture nd

Bake 180. for 15 minutes.
