Ingredients

  1. 2 small bowl besan / gram flour
  2. 1/2 spoon eachcoriander powder,turmeric and red chilli powder
  3. 1/2 spoon eachsalt,cumin,and curry powder
  4. 1 tbspmustard oil
  5. 6-7 piece garlic
  6. as requiredSome leaves of green coriander
  7. 1 glassbuttermilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly Mix all spices in besan with salt

  2. 2

    Then make small balls of besan with few water

  3. 3

    Then fry balls in mustard oil

  4. 4

    After that mix buttermilk then move slowly balls on low flame

  5. 5

    Then mix salt and coriander leaves,continue stirrng

  6. 6

    Your dish ready to eat with chapati
