Add water in your cooking pot when it hot wash your rice and add to it until fully boil you used your turning stick to turn until done

Wash your tomatoes, pepper,onions,Red chill and grand them together, boil them until done. Get another pot add put your palm oil, pour your granded tomato's and fry for sometimes then you have already wash your fish with salt and lemon thoroughly add to your frying tomato when its done add water and spices with curry cover to cook

Note you can fry d fish only and den put to the tomato stew when it done you serve
