Steps

Separate the lamb meat from its bones and cut into cubes while reserving the bones.

Place the meat cubes and their bones in a pot and cover with water. Cook for around an hour.

When the meat cubes are cooked, take out the bones and add in the lentils and salt to taste.

Leave to cook for 15 minutes, check if the lentils are well cooked then serve.
