To make the sauce, add all the ingredients into a robocoupe or food mill. Process until sauce is formed.

Simmer on low until sauce is thickened.

To prepare the Puree, peel and cut the potatoes into chunks then boil them well.

Mix the boiled potatoes with the rest of puree ingredients using a fork, potato ricer or other mashing utensil.

Then spoon into a piping bag.

To prepare the meatballs, peel the onion, garlic and tomato then chop them into small cubes.Chop the parsley finely.

Get all the ingredients into mixing bowl and mix them with salt and pepper by hand until well incorporated.

Allow to rest for about 10 minutes so the flavors melt together.

Form balls from the meat mixture. Then using a cupcake mold or glass form the meat rounds that will hold the mashed potatoes.

Place one cube of Halloumi cheese on the meat round.

Now pipe over the meat rounds, the mashed potatoes.

Ladle the tomato sauce into a large baking dish.

Now lay in the meat rounds with the piped on potatoes.

Bake for about 30 minutes on 200° degrees oven until the potatoes are browned on top.
