Baked crunchy pastries prepared with phyllo dough stuffed with a mixture of eggs, meat and vegetables.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft then add the ground meat with black pepper, allspice, cinnamon and salt.

Leave on medium heat with continuous mixing until the meat is done for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and keep aside to cool then add the tomatoes, parsley, celery and the beaten eggs. Mix well the filling ingredients well.

Get two of the rectangular dough sheets and place them on top of each other so they form a cross shape. Place 1 tablespoon of filling and close the opposing ends of the dough sheets together to form a square.

When all the sheets are filled and shaped into squares, place them in an oven tray with a little oil.

Bake on medium heat of 160 degrees until golden and done on both sides, or for about 20 minutes.
