Cut your chicken into pieces, waiting to be roasted on charcoal

Roast your chicken first to burn the little feathers that remain when removing the feathers on burning charcoal

After you are done roasting, wash and put them in a sufuria and boil till soft

Add some little oil and fry til golden brown,

Add your chopped onion to the chicken while on fire, stir for 3mins

When well mixed add chopped tomatoes, paprika and salt....stir well add some water for soup if you like....and let it boil till its well cooked....

When well cooked remove from fire garnish with chopped coriander.....serve with ugali, chapati, rice.....bon appetite...enjoy!!!
