Boil the meat

Crush the garlic and ginger. And chop the onions.

In a separate cooking pan fry your onions in alot of oil. Then add the crushed garlic and ginger. Continue stirring till it starts to brown. Add the ground dawa ya Pilau. The a table spoonful tomato paste. Continue stirring then add your boiled meat.

Let it cook then add the potatoes.

Let it cook a bit, you can add a little water to avoid sticking. After some five minutes add 6 cups of water and bring to boil. Add salt to taste.

Add the rice then simmer until it's cooked.

You can serve with kachumbari.
