Soak alo bukhara in 2 lit of water for about 2-3 hrs

Add in sauce pan and let it simmer for about 5min

Add gurr,salt,chili powder and cook untill gurr dissolves

Cook untill disired consistency

Add charmaghaz and tadaa..ur yummilicios katti meethi chatni is ready

Can be stored in air tight jar for upto 1month
