DOODH PHEDA APPLES

Heat the ghee in a pan add milk powder, mix well on sim heat. Add condensed milk only to the required quantity and mix well. Turn off heat- when mixture becomes thick dough.

Let mixture cool for 10minutes, Knead well, make pedas and put clove piece on it. To colour them divide dough in 4 parts add turmeric to get yellow colour, add rose syrup to get milk colour add curasao syrup to get light blue colour and for white -retain mixture as is.

Now DOODH PHEDA APPLES are ready. Decorate them with mint/any eatable small leaves.
