Steps

Take a pan with water keep on gas for boiling add palak boil for 5 min & after boiling wash with cold because colour remain same. Take a grinder container add boiled palak without water contact, add ginger garlic paste,green chilli grand paste.

Take another container add palak paste, smashed potatoes,corner flour, Salt, bread crumbs,cumin Corinder powder,corinder leaves mix well make a shape as want. Make cutlet shape press a kaju to it.

Take a container with oil Keep it on gas for heat after heating it add palak cutlet fry it nicely and crispy.
