Wash and boil the rice for about 30-40mins till very soft and stir with a wooden spatula to form a a dough

Wash and slice your ugwu leaves and onion

In a pot, heat your palm oil, add your onion and fry. Add your blended pepper and crayfish. Stir fry for 3 mins and add your oregano, thyme, curry, salt, fried fish and knorr cubes. Stir and cook for 3 mins then add your vegetable and allow to simmer for 2 minutes
