Ingredients

  • 2large chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 teaspoonblack mustard seed
  • 1 tablespooncurry powder (NOT PASTE!!)
  • 1large white potato (cubed)
  • 1/2carrot (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoonmasala (red)
  • Rice
  • 1white onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot, add olive oil and spices

  2. 2

    Mix until fragrant

  3. 3

    Add onion and let simmer until lightly browned

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and chicken

  5. 5

    Cook until chicken is tender and potatoes are soft

  6. 6

    Eat with rice

  7. 7

    Enjoy!
