First of all assemble all the ingredients.

Heat a kadai and add ghee in it.

Then add grated carrot and saute it and cover it for sometime.

Add milk in it and mix it well.

Add maws, sugar, chopped dry fruits and atlast the cardamom powder in it.

Cook it till they absorb all the milk and become dry. Now your Halwa is ready.

Serve hot by garnishing some pistachios and cashew on it.
