First soak daal and rice and grind the together,do not add much water,beat it

Now grease palm by water,place batter a small amount,make holein it and slightly place in oil and deep fry it and place all bara in lukewarm salty water

Now in a pan prepared tadka.heat oil add mustard,red chilli whole and curry leaves and place it in buttermilk and pour all bara in it,serve it.
