Ingredients

15-20 mins
  1. 250 gmcottage cheese
  2. 250 gmcondensed milk
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. Dry fruits for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the cottage cheese and add condensed milk to it. Mix it properly.

  2. 2

    Transfer the mixture into a heavy bottom kadhai or pan. Stir it in medium low flame.

  3. 3

    Continue stirring the mixture and add sugar to it.

  4. 4

    When the moisture evaporates, turn off the flame. Add cardamom powder and mix it.

  5. 5

    Transfer the mixture in a greased thali or plate and spread thoroughly. The thickness should be 2cm.

  6. 6

    Keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.

  7. 7

    Cut it into pieces and garnish it with dryfruits of your choice.
