Ingredients

  • Corn flour
  • Potash soaked in water
  • Karkashi
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 table spoong/nut oil
  • 2Sliced pepper
  • Leather

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the corn flour with 2 tablespoon of potash, pepper, pinch of salt and a half cup of water and stir well

  2. 2

    Don't make the batter too watery

  3. 3

    Pour little amount of oil in each leather you are using before pouring the batter in it and tie the leather well

  4. 4

    Place your pot on fire and pour two cups of water and allow to boil

  5. 5

    Put the leather in the pot and boil for about 6 minutes

  6. 6

    When fully cooked the batter becomes hard and thick

  7. 7

    Remove from leather and serve with sauce or karago
