Take a big plate chopped fruits arranged.

Take a pan add 1 cup of water then water boil add sugar and agar 2 powder mix and cook for sugar dissolve then add 1/2tsp of butter scotch essence and cook for 2 minutes.

Take a borosil tray then add half quantity of sugar syrup then arrange fruits one by one for half quantity then add leftover sugar syrup and set in refrigerator at 30 minutes.

Take a pan add 1 cup water then water boil add sugar,agar agar powder and butterscotch essence mix and boil for 2 minutes

Take a two bowl then sugar syrup divide in two parts then one part add red colour mix and pour for jelly set in refrigerator at 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes then add green colour mix and pour for jelly and set in fridge.

After setting demould.

Then cut in slices and enjoy.
