Wash your cat fish with lime/lemon/vinegar/ashes to get rid of the slime and set aside

Cut your vegetables and set aside(I chop my pepper yo avoid stories that touches the finger)

Heat up your gas burner, place a clean water in your pot and allow to boil

Cook your noodles without the seasoning

In your boiling water add onions and pepper and cook for few minute, add your washed catfish, noodles seasoning, carrot, scent leaves, mixed spice(optional). Cover with lid and allow to cook for few minute till fish is well cooked

Serve by putting your cooked noodles in your eating plate and add your peppersoup cat fish into your noodles. Enjoy
