Ingredients

  • 1Chicken
  • 1small Onions
  • Garlic ginger paste
  • Pepper
  • Cloves, negro pepper, cumin dry ginger
  • Seasoning
  • Curry
  • Potatoes
  • Parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash chicken thoroughly with vinegar and warm water.

  2. 2

    Add very little oil in a pan add in garlic ginger paste, Seasoning,Cloves, negro pepper, cumin dry ginger,,cumin and curry. Then the onions and ground pepper. Add in chicken and diced potato. Pour hot water to cover the chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. 3

    When chicken and potato is cooked. Serve sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
