Rajma paratha

Mash rajma and potato till fine paste

Heat oil in a wok..add cumin seeds and wait till they are aromat..

Add green chilli ginger garlic paste,Curry leaves,rajma masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and saute for few minutes.

Add mashed rajma potato mixture and mix the ingredients well..

Squeeze lemon juice and add salt..mix well and cook for few min till the flavour blends well.

Cool the stuffing.. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Knead the soft dough by mixing all purpose flour, wheat flour,salt,oil and water..rest for 30 min.

Take a small ball of dough..dust with flour and roll small chapati,stuff with rajma potato masala mixture..enclose it and roll mini parathas by dusting flour...without the filling oozing out.

Heat griddle and roast the parathas with butter on both sides..

Serve hot with grated cheese and yoghurt or raita
