  • 2.2 lbspork shoulder
  • 3.3 lbspork lard
  • 1 cupevaporated milk
  • 1/2 cuporange juice
  • 1/2orange with peel
  • 1onion
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • salt to taste
  • 5whole black peppercorns
  • 5bay leaves to taste

    Add all the mentioned ingredients to the pressure cooker, ensuring the meat is completely covered by the lard.
