Ingredients

  • 300 gchilli per person (check out my other recipe!)
  • 2large potatoes (regular or sweet)
  • DashOliver oil
  • 3 gSalt
  • 10 gpaprika
  • 5 gground pepper
  • 100 gCheese
  • 10 gCoriander
  • 30 gJalapenos
  • 50 gsalsa (check out my other recipe for this!)
  • Siracha Mayo

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the potatoes into wedges (skin on)

  2. 2

    Chuck into a bowl and season with oil, paprika, pepper and salt, mix well and place onto a foil lined baking tray and place onto the oven for 40-50 minutes

  3. 3

    Grate the cheese, chop the jalapenos and chop the coriander roughly

  4. 4

    Reheat chilli in microwave/saucepan/instant pot

    When the wedges are ready, plate up! Wedges, then chilli, then cheese, salsa, jalapenos, Siracha mayo and coriander
