Carb free tacos with chilli
For a lighter version of tacos, I like this variant
Steps

Reheat chilli in microwave/saucepan/instant pot (check out my other recipe for chilli)

Grate cheese, chop jalapenos and coriander
- 3
Make salsa if you haven't already (check out my other recipe, it's really easy!)
- 4
Plate up! Peel off a leaf of lettuce for each taco, and load with chilli, grated cheese, salsa, jalapenos and coriander. Enjoy! It can get messy so bring tissues.
