First of all rice will be soaked into water upto one hour, than cooked into pan.

After then take a dip kadhai, put oil here, at medium flame when oil becomes heated put bay leaves, laung and Jeera.

Than insert chopped onions and capsicums mix and cook upto five minutes, than put soaked rice there.

Add all spices and mix well then finally add dry fruits and serve with cone papad and onion salad.
