Sift flour

Add sugar and baking powder, salt and mix

Add in water and mix

Dip the hikima iron inside hot oil then dip back into pastry and into oil for a minute.

Make sure you shake the iron to make the pastry fall into the oil

Fry till golden brown

Serve with chilled drink

This is the iron used to make it and it gives it the shape
