  4. 4 tspmalai / cream
  5. 1chopped capsicum
  6. 1/4 th cup grated cheese
  7. 1onion chopped(optional)
  8. 1 tsporegano
  9. to tasteSalt and black pepper

    Shredd the boiled chicken.Grate cheese and chop capsicum.Add salt and black pepper.

    Mix spread,oregano and all the ingredients together.

    Apply malai on 1 slice and prepared mixture on other slice

    Grill.i have not used any butter for upper coating.
