Beat the chilled whipped cream,with a hand blender, till nice and thick. Do not overbeat, or butter will come out.Once thick, add the condensed milk, beat again, or mix properly with a spatula.

Once properly mixed, add the sugar powder, and Nolen Gur syrup, mix properly with a spatula. Add a few drops of essence. Mix well.

Take an ice-cream mould or box,and pour the mixture in it.Put a butter paper on it,taking care it should touch the ice cream top,so that no crystals are formed. Cover with a tight lid, and put it in the deep freezer for about 6/7 hrs, or overnight.

Next morning take the box out,and using a ice-cream spoon,pour 2dollops of ice-cream in a serving cup,or dish.Garnish with few chopped nuts, and Nolen Gur syrup. Voila, ur softy, Creamy ice-cream is ready to b devoured.
