Ingredients

  1. White fish portion per person
  2. Cooked rice
  3. Choice of veg: Peas, sweet corn, broccoli, carrots
  4. Turmeric
  5. Cumin
  6. Curry powder
  7. Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare ingredients

    Chop veg into bite size pieces and boil or steam

    Cut fish into bite size chunks and poach in milk for 6-8 mins until cooked through

    Discard the milk. Add cooked rice, veg and spices. Warm through and serve.
