Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrot into sticks and blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute until just tender, then transfer to cold water. Break the cilantro into two pieces.

Place a rice paper wrapper on a flat plate and lightly moisten both sides with water.

Start assembling: place imitation crab sticks, then carrot, cilantro, mint leaves, and Thai basil leaves on the lettuce. Wrap everything together with the rice paper wrapper.

Roll up as you would a basic spring roll.
