1. Boil water keep it.
2. Take a mixing bowl sieve rice flour and salt. Mix a bit with hand now add hot water little by little and mix with a wooden stick without lumps.
3. Mix well till flour get cooked. Touch the oil in your hand and make a very soft dough.
4. Put this in idiyappam presser and spread this in idli plate. Cook till done and you can see it is not touching each other.
5. Serve hot with coconut milk or chutney or any kuruma as your wish.
