Mushroom chowmein

Steps

Boil the noodles with 150ml of water and 2 tsp oil (make sure the noodles are al dente). After that wash the noodles with cold water to prevent sticking of noodles.

Slice the capsicum, purple yard long beans and onion, cut carrot juliennes and mushrooms in 2 halves according to the size.

Heat the kadhai in medium flame then after 1 min pour 4 tsp oil in hot kadhai. Put the onions and fry until it become pink and translucent. Then add carrots and capsicum and 1 tsp salt, and fry in low to medium flame. After 5min add the mushrooms fry them until most of the water is evaporated.

Then add the soya sauce, red chilli sauce and mix them. Then add the noodles and masala and mix them. Switch off the flame and check if the taste is alright.

Hot MUSHROOM CHOWMEIN is ready to serve and savour.
