Spicy vegetable rice with egg and sausage

Boil your rice with 1 cup salty water and 1 cup vegetable stock

In another sauce pan sweat the onions

Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute

Add in your tomatoes and allow to cook to a paste

Add in your carrots and mix

Add the green capsicum and mix

Add in your spices

Add in your sausages and mix

Move the ingredients in the pan to one side and add a tsp of oil then fry your eggs till halfway done. Mix.

Add in your rice and toss/mix

Garnish with dhania and serve
