Ingredients

  • 2 cupsgramflour(besan)
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped potatoes
  • 1 cupchopped spinach
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1 tspgreen chilli
  • As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the batter of besan with water.

  2. 2

    Add all spices and add onion, potatoes, spinach in it.

  3. 3

    Mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and make small pakora.

  5. 5

    Fry it till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney.
