Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, when they split add onion to it.

When the onion is translucent then add grated potato and salt and close the lid and cook it till potato gets soft

Now add spices, lemon juice, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and grated paneer and mix it well. Stuffing is ready

Take capsicum rings in a plate and put the filling in it

Heat the 1 tbsp oil in same pan and put all the capsicum rings in it and cook it for 2 mins on a medium flame

After 2 mins turn the rings and also cook it for 2 mins. Now the delicious stuffed capsicum rings are ready to serve.
