Steps

Add a big pan add lassi and besan, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 15 min.

Heat oil in a wok add jeera and crackle it.

Add ginger paste and saute and add all chopped vegies and cook it.

Add lassi mixture in it and cook for 5 min.

For rice :-

Take a cooker add oil heat it and put jeera and crackle it.

Add rice & water and stir well.

Add spices and close the lid of cooker and cook till one whistle.

Now serve it with yummy curry.
