  • 2 cuprice
  • 1 tbspgram masala
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbspturmeric
  • 2bay leave
  • 8scotch bonnet
  • 1 cuponion
  • 1 cupchopped carrot
  • 1/2 cupgreen beans
  • 1/2 cupscallion
  • Maggi to test
  • 2 stickcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    All you need

    Add rice,scotch bonnet,garlic,bay leave,gram masala,salt,maggi,cinnamon and oil in a pot.stir fry for 10min or till golden brown

    Add water and cook completely.then add carrot,oinon,scallion,green beans.stir

    Add turmeric cover and cook for 5min
