Paratha:First of all take a bowl pour wheat flour, add one tablespoon of ghee with salt, mix well with the help of water make dough and cover keep aside for five minutes.

Then take a non stick tawa, put on the gas stove, heat at medium low level, start to make paratha from dough and cook with one table spoon of ghee at both side.

In this way paratha is completed.

Sprout aaloo ki sabji :

First of all chopped onions and tomatoes. Then take a pan put on the gas flame.

At medium flame pour oil, then add jeera, bay leaves, then add chopped onions and green chilli ginger garlic paste, then add tomatoes. Mix well then add all dry spices (Turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder).

Then add chopped boiled potatoes and Sprout mix well and finally add salt and half glass of water.

Cover it upto 10-15 minutes at low medium flame. So, it cook well. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
