Steps

Peel off arbi and wash it and cut into thin long layer.

Heat pan and add oil and cumin seeds and put into garlic and turmeric powder

Put arbi in pan and mix well.cover it low flame 10-15min

Then pieces is soft thn add onion, tomato, green chilli and all dry ingredients. Mix well

Flame off after 2 min. Thn chapati arbi ready to eat.
