Ingredients

30 -45 min
for 4-5 serving
  • 1/2 kgBlack chanay
  • 1/2 tspMeetha Soda
  • As per taste Salt
  • 2medium chopped Onion / 1 large chopped onion
  • 2small tomato (paste)
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1 tsppisi laal mirch
  • 2 tbspimli paste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Green chilies for garnish
  • 2-3Garlic paste

30 -45 min
  1. 1

    Soaked black chanay in water for over night. add 1/2 tsp Meetha soda

    Next day rinse water n add new tap water n boil it.. remove foams which appears on top.

    Take another pot n add chopped onion. fry it till translucent. add tomato and garlic paste

    After bhunai. add salt

    When chanay become soft add imli paste and covered the pot.

    After 5-8 min its ready to serve. Garnish with Coriander leaves chillies n lemon slice
