Ingredients

15 -20minuts
  • 2 cupsHomemade Chhena
  • 2 cupsSugar
  • 5 cupswater
  • as requiredCardomom powder (optional)

Steps

15 -20minuts
  1. 1

    Mash chena for 5 minute,make a smooth dough of it. Then make balls from dough.

    Take a cauldron. Add 2 cups Sugar and 5 cups of water and boil it on high flame.

    Now add all balls in that mixture and cook it for 15 minutes.

    Now cool it for 5 -6 hour. Now it is ready to serve.
